- Cubscout Pack 175 is hosting this annual event. Chartered in 1962, Pack 175 has continually served boys and their families for 48 years, making it the oldest Pack in Gloucester, VA. Pack 175 is chartered by Newington Baptist Church and is part of the Chesapeake Bay District of the Colonial Virginia Council.
- Several other Scout Units are involved in the planning and have expressed interest in participating in the Project. They include Boy Scout Troops 138 and 111, Cub Scout Pack 777, and Girl Scout Troop 1406.
